Watching the food market, we were drawn to the idea of healthier alternatives to popular fizzy drinks. This is how in 2015 Vigo Kombucha was created – a naturally fermented, healthy drink made with simple ingredients. Two years later, we expanded our range with our another flagship product, Yoko Matcha, which is a combination of organic green tea with organic cane sugar and spring water.
When creating our drinks, our aim was to use good old-school recipes while keeping the formula simple and maximising the pro-health properties. In doing so, we have become the largest producer of kombucha and kombucha-based drinks in Europe. We are now working to expand our range to include products other than beverages with the aim of leveraging our expertise and technologies in other segments of the food market.
The core of the Cruz Group are long-time friends Alexander Psztur and Przemyslaw Igel.
